Found & Made is a curated gift box company in Los Angeles. Every item inside comes from an independent local maker, shop, or roaster. We push against the churn of mass market goods by putting the people who make things here into your hands.

Next horizon, about three to six months out.

How it works

Sourced local, made by hand, shared with LA

01

Local makers sourced

We partner with independent makers and shops across Los Angeles and buy directly, slightly above their cost, so the money stays with the people making things here.

02

Boxes assembled by hand

Every box is folded, filled with shredded recycled print, and finished by hand. No two look exactly alike, and nothing inside came off a mass market shelf.

03

A share goes back to LA

A portion of every box is set aside for good and split evenly across Heal the Bay, TreePeople, and the LA Regional Food Bank.

Built to give back

A share of every box funds three local causes

The give back is split evenly across three partners. Figures below are directional, modeled on our pilot, and lock in as partnerships are finalized.

The makers

Every box is a room full of local businesses

The Coffee Box brings together prototype makers like Dinorah Coffee Co, Loma Ceramics, Solstice Supply Co, and Amara Sweets, and everyone else along the way. Every maker gets exposure, new customers, and a place inside the box.
